Short Bio

Before joining CRISP, Lennard was a freelance trainer in discrimination-critical education work. He worked mostly on racism and sexual and gender diversity with volunteers in national and international volunteer services.

Additionally, during his studies he gave legal advice to refugees, and conducted various trainings for multipliers of discrimination-critical education work. After completing his bachelor's degree on neo-colonial structures in voluntary services, he worked for some time in social work and completed further training courses on gender-reflected pedagogy and the prevention of right-wing extremism.
