Short Bio
Najib was born in the North of Morocco in the city of Hoceima, he grew up and studied in the city of Marrakech, graduating with a BA in Economics. Since 2007 he has been working for different organizations of the Moroccan-German cooperation in Rabat. This has allowed Najib to gain a lot of experience in project management focusing on civil society organizations. Especially in the areas of gender approach, migration, and political decentralization.
His first experience with CRISP dates back to 2016. Since then, Najib has been developing and implementing different projects in different African and Francophone countries. He is particularly passionate about conflict resolution techniques and non-formal education tools. He considers simulation games to be a powerful tool that allows the constructive exchange of experiences and opinions, with the aim of developing creative citizen initiatives.
