For the third time the The Academy for Conflict Transformation in the Forum Civil Peace Service invited CRISP to conduct a Conflict Simulation as part of the Full-Time Course in Peace and Conflict Work. During four days the participants had the chance to review, apply and experience what they had learned in the previous weeks of their course. The dynamics were intense and even two days after the simulation there was still a great need to discuss and understand what had happened. But we also had a lot of fun!
|Duration:||26.-29. April 2016|
The workshop was designed for the participants of the Full-Time Course in Peace and Conflict Work which is a training space for experts in international peacebuilding. The participants came from all over the world – Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Nepal, Lebanon and Niger – and brought with them and to the training a lot of experience and expertise in peace and conflict work.
The goal of the training was to provide a space where the participants could review and apply some of the skills and tools they had learned in the previous weeks of the course. A special focus lay on the topic of conflict analysis as well as self-care and how to deal with stress.
