The operative part of CRISP is ran by a steadily growing team, that is highly committed. The permanent staff consists of the Executive Directors, Project Coordinators, European Volunteers and Assistants. Further we appointed Regional Coordinators for our main target regions. Additionally we also cooperate closely with external trainers.
All in all we are an experienced team that possesses different skills, qualifications and regional expertises, what gives us the possibilities to adopt to many different needs and requests.
The operative part of CRISP is the management of all projects ran under the name of this organization. This part is solely delegated to 2 Executive Directors. They coordinate all projects regarding their successful implementation and their contribution to the overall goals of CRISP.
He was one of the founding fathers of CRISP. Since the first minute he is part of the decision board. Currently he is coordinating several projects, mainly in Egypt, Kyrgyzstan and South Caucasus.

Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Conflict Transformation. She has worked in women´s empowerment, youth peacebuilding leadership development and experiential and non-formal education in Zambia and the USA, as well as in conflict prevention in Georgia.
He joined CRISP in 2016 and is mainly coordinating our projects in Kyrgyzstan, as well as in the South Caucasus.
Prior to joining CRISP in August 2018, Nathalie worked in the field of human rights education in Berlin, designing and implementing educational projects and trainings for the capacity building of different actors working with refugee communities.
She joined CRISP in the beginning of 2017. We are very garteful to expand our expertise by having Erzsébet as a new colleague.
Katja started to work with CRISP as an EVS in 2017. Since 2018 she is a full employee and mainly coordinating all our activities in Ukraine.
Due to the huge number of activities we are implementing and in particular due to the many different currencies we are handling, keeping the numbers right is quite a demanding task. We are glad to have an experienced and competent colleague who eases our workload.
Annette has been working in the field for many years and gained experience in other NGOs. We very much enjoy her cool personality and her accuracy in dealing with numbers.

Since June 2018 Noha is working with us. She is from Egypt and has a lot of experience in the civil society sphere.

We are regularly looking for highly motivated interns to support our team. The intern should already have some experience in project management while possessing a strong interest in international cooperation.
