Youth, identity and Employability: Seminar in Madrid

At the end of August we had the third meeting of our project ‚Youth, identity and Employability ‘in the Impact Hub in Madrid. This project is organized and implemented by our EVS volunteers Zina El Nahel and Armani Gambaryan.

During the third and last evaluation seminar participants from Egypt, Germany, Georgia, Italy, Portugal and Spain facilitated and tested the Simulation Game “Frustralia” that was written in the first meeting in Berlin and modified in the second meeting in Lisbon.

We also got to know more about best practices in policy making by some European countries like Germany and Austria to decrease youth unemployment by supporting vocational training and the apprenticeship system for example. By the end of the three day seminar the outline of the Manual was developed  and the game was  finalized.
