Elena is an urban researcher, Trainer, and Consultant for Conflict transformation and transcultural Learning (ATCC). With her background, she is interested in conflicts on the very local level as she sees them as a central starting point for integrational processes, democracy education, and social change. Before she came to Crisp, Elena worked on different projects in the field of civic participation and education and gave Workshops, Seminars, and Coaching for communal actors, NGOs as well as adolescence.
Elena holds a Bachelor in Cultural Anthropology and a Master in Urban Research where she participated in research projects in Serbia, Ukraine, Israel, and China. At CRISP Elena started working with several projects in Georgia and even took part in one training about energy-efficient Urban development during her first month in our organization!
