Since 2007 CRISP has organized numerous projects, seminars, workshops and training-of-trainers. Our staff is experienced and we have substantial practical know-how at our disposal. Our previous activities have covered a wide range of different formats and every year we develop new modules and target new groups of participants.
Our working area covers Eastern Europe and former Soviet-Countries, the MENA-Region, the European Union and Germany. We have maintain ties with other organizations, similar to ours, from all over the world.
We develop our own projects in the fields of peacebuilding and conflict management. Here we rely on a co-equal cooperation with our local partners. Together we analyse the local needs and agree on an entry point for intervention. Afterwards we jointly design and implement the project.
We offer the design, the implementation and the evaluation of different facilitation formats, such as workshops, seminars and group moderation. In addition to the method of simulation gaming, in which we specialise, we command ample non-formal learning tools that fit different target groups and different needs.
Due to the diverse experiences of our staff and wide pool of external trainers, we are able to work on many different topcs. Our external trainers possess different expertise, command different languages and are specialized in different target groups.
With enough time for preparation, we can organize many kinds of interesting events. Read More
We have adapted the method of simulation gaming to the needs of conflict management and peacebuilding and have gained substantial experience in the development and implementation of simulation games. In our 10 year history we have developed many simulation games and every year we access new contemporary topics by designing new game mechanisms.
Over the past 10 years we have become very convinced of the effectiveness of the method of simulation gaming. We are often asked to pass on the method to other facilitators and teachers. In the frames of selected projects we include a Training-of-Trainers aspect, in which the participants learn how to design a simulation game and what are the crucial issues during its implementation.
We do not offer any regular trainings. But if you are interested, please get in touch with us and we will try to bring the method of simulation gaming also to you. Read more
