Short Bio

Lea combines academic depth with practical experience in the field of dialogue and international cooperation. She completed her master's degree in political philosophy with a special focus on the concept of peace culture. Her passion for peacebuilding and the question of how understanding can be achieved even under the most difficult conditions developed early on. During her work at the University of Mannheim, she developed tutorials on political philosophy, taking an interdisciplinary approach to topics such as global justice, migration ethics and democracy. Her semester abroad took her to Colombia, where she spent several months actively involved in projects promoting understanding and conflict resolution. This experience deepened her focus on human rights and political project work. Previously, she also coordinated international teams in the field of socially sustainable tourism and intercultural communication. Lea has been working as a project coordinator at CRISP since summer 2025. In this role, she plays a key role in the design and further development of the new conflict simulator. This innovative tool is intended to enable educational professionals and young people to train dialogue skills and constructive conflict management in a safe, immersive setting. Driven by the desire to make a lasting contribution to the promotion of democratic structures and global justice, Lea sees every new task at CRISP as an opportunity to actively strengthen democratic values and intercultural understanding, thereby contributing to a more just and peaceful world.
