Short Bio
Najib was born in Morocco, he grew up and studied in the city of Marrakech, graduating with a BA in Economics. Since 2007 he has been working for different organizations of the Moroccan-German cooperation. This has allowed him to gain a lot of experience in project management focusing on civil society organizations. Especially in the areas of gender approach, migration, and political decentralization.
He joined CRISP Crisis Simulation for Peace e. V in 2016. Since then, he has been developing and implementing different projects in different African and Francophone countries. As a mediator, facilitator, and trainer, he uses the technique of simulation games to provide a creative approach to conflict transformation in the thematic of Civil Society Development, Civic Participation, Conflict Management.
He conducts training in conflict resolution techniques and non-formal education tools. He considers simulation games to be a powerful tool that allows the constructive exchange of experiences and opinions, with the aim of developing creative citizen initiatives.
