The IFA CrossCulture Programme enables professionals and committed volunteers to experience practical training in a host organisation in one of more than 40 CCP partner countries. For 25 of these fellows we were able to share our knowledge about conflict transformation. Like the previous times, the four modules covered the basic terminology and introduced conflict analysis tools. After invaluable insight into actual conflicts by sessions held by our partners in (post- and current) conflict zones the participants were able to put their skills into action by using the methods in their own conflict analysis. Along the example of one of CRISP’s own projects we were then able to demonstrate how the transfer from theory (including Theory of Change) to action happens in real life. Yet again CRISP enjoyed the implementation and according to the feedback we received so did the participants. It was not just “another online training” for us but a pleasure.
