Our organization CRISP implements short- and long-term projects in the field of development and international cooperation since 2008. Our projects vary in terms of duration, numbers of participants and partners, budgets and contexts.
Our main aim is to create an online tool that improves all processes of project management by making them more efficient and that at the same time gives all stakeholders much better insights on the success, the lessons learnt and the impact of different activities.
Therefore, we’d like to get your inputs, in order ensure that our product is close to your needs. Thus, we’d very much appreciate if you took the time to participate in our online-survey on the needs and expectations of donor organizations towards digital project management tools:

We have been cooperating with donor organizations from various countries with different backgrounds. During our more than 12 years of experience in project implementation, we came to the conclusion that all donors face similar challenges, in particular, when it comes to administering projects, analyzing their impacts and coordinating funding policies.
We especially observed a lack of state-of-the-art communication tools neither for their beneficiaries, nor for direct communication among donors themselves.
Furthermore, as an implementing organization, we can see a lot of potential in applying needs-oriented, tailor-made project-management tools that facilitate all processes of Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) within one project.
Moreover, we are very much convinced that by a more intense usage of digital tools for impact measurement, ideally in cooperation between different donor organizations, results would be much more comprehensive and valid.
Currently, we are working on an online platform that will make the actual project management of your projects much more efficient and at the same time offers innovative tools on how to measure their impact.
In order to design the platform as user-friendly as possible, we are conducting a survey among different donor organizations from all over the world.
