Dilovar brings a wealth of experience and a strong passion for human rights, peacebuilding, and international cooperation. Raised in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, she holds a degree in Business and Financial Management and has pursued further education in Human Rights and Democratization. Her commitment to fostering positive social change through research, advocacy, and cross-cultural dialogue has defined her career.
Before joining CRISP, Dilovar worked with different organizations like Search for Common Ground, the Eurasian Coalition for Health, Rights, Gender and Sexual Diversity, and M-Vector Uzbekistan, focusing on inclusive development, gender-based violence, and labour market research. She has also worked on policy-influencing projects and has contributed to peacebuilding initiatives globally, including her involvement with the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights.
With continuous learning and participation in workshops on conflict resolution, international cooperation, and human rights, Dilovar's expertise will be a great asset to CRISP. We are excited to have her join our team and look forward to her valuable contributions to our projects.
