Georgian highschool teachers of civic education on a study visit in Berlin

Within the framework of Civic Education Simulations for Georgian Schools project, and together with our Georgian partners CETF - Civic Education Teachers Forum, CRISP conducted a training on development of simulation games for Georgian school students.

The project participants are Georgian civic education teachers. They have already taken part in the first phase when one of the CRISP members held a training in Tbilisi, Georgia, intoducing the group to a simulation game Bribania. The second part of the project started on Friday, August 9, 2019, and during these 3 days the participants have already learned some theory necessary to create their own games. A total of 3 simulation games and a method manual for the Georgian school context are being developed right now! The topics are local action plans for more youth participation on local level, inter-group ethnic conflicts, and political participation on local level on example of environmental protection.
