From 8th to 10th November, the 24 female participants of the project Women Focused Networks South Caucasus gathered for a final seminar in Mtskheta, Georgia. The goal of the seminar was to present the results of their initiatives and evaluate their learning from the project. All 6 groups spend the last two months implementing initiatives to focus on the needs and challenges of women in their communities. Ranging from youth empowerment to entrepreneurship, the projects engaged women in improving their quality of life in their rural communties. The women were led in evaluation methods by a Georgian trainer. The high level of motivation to continue the work they started this year was exciting to see.
