We participated in the 2024 ODIHR/FES School on Politics, Leadership, and Advocacy, held in Warsaw on 21–22 November 2024. The program brought together young politicians and activists from Central and Eastern Europe, the Balkans, and the South Caucasus to strengthen democratic leadership skills. A highlight was the AI-supported simulation game Transolvia – Elections, conducted by CRISP.

Project Goals 

To deepen participants’ understanding of democratic systems, enhance leadership and campaigning skills, foster cross-regional collaboration, and provide practical experience through an innovative election simulation.

Target Group(s) 

Young politicians, activists, and emerging leaders from Central and Eastern Europe, the Balkans, and the South Caucasus.

Planned Outcomes/Achievements 

Participants strengthened their political and leadership skills, built regional networks, and gained hands-on experience in electoral campaigning and media strategies. The AI-supported simulation provided immediate feedback on campaign actions, enhancing learning outcomes.
