New Simulation Game tackling three very important issues in Egyptian society

Together with the Center for Development Services (Egypt) and Nadi El Mohakah Foundation (NMF, Egypt) we successfully put together a tailored made simulation game ot fit the goals and objectives of the Equal Opportunities and Social development (EOSD) project for GIZ Egypt.

Our new simulation game is titled Gadayel, which translates into ‘braid’ in Arabic. With a braid you have three streaks of hair intertwined into one to create a beautiful shape. This is exactly the metaphor behind the title of this simulation game. The focus of the simulation is the three main issues: 1. Participation of marginalized young youth, 2. gender equality and 3. integration of persons living with disabilities, and our goal is to strengthen the capacities of state actors to promote the three issues. The simulation game will be implemented will employees of the Ministry of Youth and Sports and Ministry of Social solidarity in Egypt.

Stay tuned for more publications about the simulation game and about the implementation phase.
