Growing up in a remote mountainous region of Vietnam, Chính encountered significant systemic barriers to opportunities. In response, he took a proactive role in founding and supporting youth initiatives within his community, with a particular emphasis on enhancing youth participation. After earning his degree from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam and completing an internship at the Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Embassy in Hanoi in 2019, Chính committed his career to the NGO sector in Vietnam. His work has centered on communication strategies to promote good governance and humanitarian efforts, with organizations such as Towards Transparency, Habitat for Humanity, and the Institut Européen de Coopération et de Développement (IECD).
