Lea holds a diverse background in tourism, where she has been involved in international projects and gained valuable insights into intercultural collaboration. Alongside her professional path, she has always been committed to volunteer work, especially in the fields of civil engagement and democratic participation — including time spent working in Colombia.
She recently completed her MA in Political Philosophy and Management at the University of Mannheim, with a strong focus on culture of peace, human rights, democratic participation, and migration ethics. Now based in Berlin, she is eager to dive into our work and contribute her experience and passion to the team.
In her free time, Lea enjoys reading, cooking, and hosting dinner evenings and sailing along the Northsea.
