Networking Event

Networking Event for Organizations Active in Ukraine Aid

More than 70 people active in organizations helping Ukraine came together building a network to create sustainable, professional and efficient structures within Ukraine Aid.

Together with „Allianz Ukrainischer Organisationen“ and supported by the “Deutsche Stiftung für Engagement und Ehrenamt” (DSEE), CRISP organized two parallel networking workshops for both Ukrainian diaspora organizations and German organizations/communities working on Ukraine Aid.

All in all, more than 70 participants from all over Germany and various organizations came to wintry Berlin  to get to know each other, attend workshops on psychological well-being, employment in NGOs, communication and fundraising skills and blind spots about the Russian war in Ukraine in the German society.

After two intense workshops separated into Ukrainian and German language, we finally brought all participants together to further expand the network transculturally, to exchange interests, needs and competences and discover possibilities of cooperation and collaboration. In the evening, a short film about volunteer help for refugees from Ukraine was presented.

Finishing the event with a cozy barbecue and more room for informal exchange we look back at a very successful networking event in which many new possibilities emerged to provide sustainable help for Ukraine and Ukrainian refugees.
